Sampada brings Nepal's living heritage to your phone, city by city: festivals and their dates, heritage sites, facts, the live chariot tracker and festival reminders, in Nepali, English, French and Spanish. The content is published and verified by the municipality it belongs to — Lalitpur Metropolitan City is the first to publish through Sampada. The app is built and operated by Sironik.

Common questions
A festival says "Date to be announced". Festival dates are set by LMC every year. The app shows them as soon as LMC publishes them. If you tapped Remind Me, your reminder is scheduled automatically then.
Reminders don't arrive. Check that notifications are allowed for Sampada in your phone's settings. Reminders come at 18:00 the evening before a festival and at 07:00 that morning, Nepal time.
Do I need an account? No. An account only keeps your favorites in sync across phones.
